Scope

This Policy applies to visitors of the site and to users of our Cal.eu booking link and of our online AI self-diagnosis (form.flexiweb-evo.eu). The reference text is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable in the European Union.

Data Collection

When booking a slot via Cal.com, the following data may be collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Appointment subject (if provided)
• Time zone
• Technical metadata (date, time, browser, IP)

This data is collected directly through Cal.com's secure interface.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Based on consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): form filled in voluntarily.
• To fulfill contractual obligations (professional appointment).

Purpose of Processing

Data is used only to:

• Schedule an appointment.
• Send you reminders or updates regarding the appointment.

It is never sold or used for commercial purposes without your consent.

Subcontracting and Transfers

Appointment booking goes through Cal.eu, the European instance of Cal.com, operated by Cal.com, Inc. (United States); a transfer of data to the United States by this provider is possible.

Service providers involved in this site and in the self-diagnosis:

• Vercel Inc.: hosting of the site; functions run in Frankfurt (Germany, fra1 region), content served by Vercel’s delivery network.
• Google Ireland Limited: audience measurement (Google Analytics), script loaded and cookies placed only after your consent.
• Cal.eu (Cal.com): appointment booking.
• Self-diagnosis (form.flexiweb-evo.eu) — Vercel Inc.: hosting of the site; functions run in Frankfurt (Germany, fra1 region), content served by Vercel’s delivery network.
• Self-diagnosis — Neon Inc.: database, hosted in Frankfurt (Germany), AWS eu-central-1 region.
• Self-diagnosis — Cloudflare (Turnstile): anti-abuse protection, with no advertising cookie.
• Self-diagnosis — Hostinger: e-mail service; the message sent is an internal notification to the operator: it states the type of contact chosen, the date and a link to your file, without your e-mail or phone number.

Audience Analysis (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to better understand the use of our site (traffic, source, time spent).

Data collected:

• IP address (not recorded, according to Google)
• Browser type
• Pages visited
• Session duration
• Approximate geographic origin

Google Analytics is loaded only after your consent. Cookies placed then: _ga and _ga_<identifier>, with a lifetime of up to 2 years (Google documentation). If you refuse or have not answered, no Google Analytics script is loaded, no cookie is placed and nothing is sent to Google by this service.

Event data linked to an identifier (cookie) is kept for 2 months in Google Analytics, then deleted automatically; only aggregated statistics, with no identifier, remain.

Legal basis:

• Processing is based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR; art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act for cookies), collected via the consent banner.

IP addresses and transfer:

• According to Google, GA4 does not record IP addresses (Google documentation)
• Data may be transferred to the USA by this provider.

Data Retention Period

Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the last appointment, unless legally required otherwise.

Data Security

Cal.com states that it applies security measures (TLS encryption, secure hosting). FlexiWeb EVO does not host this data on its own servers.

AI Self-Diagnosis

In addition to booking an appointment via Cal.com, FlexiWeb EVO offers an online AI self-diagnosis (form.flexiweb-evo.eu), a free 12-question questionnaire.

• Data collected upon submission: first name, last name and email address; your answers to the 12 questions; the score and profile ("archetype") calculated from your answers; the submission date and the version of the information notice in force.
• Purpose: to improve the tool, better understand users' needs (internal analysis) and contact you back according to the type of contact you chose. Your answers are neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the questionnaire after reading this notice.
• Hosting: PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon Inc., in a data center located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany; AWS eu-central-1 region).
• Retention period: 24 months from submission, after which the data is deleted or anonymized.
• Data controller: FlexiWeb EVO, sole proprietorship of Yannick Goalen — SIREN 943455220 — 39 boulevard Clemenceau, 83000 Toulon, France.
