This Privacy Policy describes how personal data collected via Cal.com (European instance app.cal.eu), used as the appointment scheduling tool, is processed.

Scope

This Policy applies to visitors and clients using our Cal.com link as well as our online AI self-diagnosis (form.flexiweb-evo.eu). It complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in the European Union.

Data Collection

When booking a slot via Cal.com, the following data may be collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Appointment subject (if provided)
• Time zone
• Technical metadata (date, time, browser, IP)

This data is collected directly through Cal.com's secure interface.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Based on explicit consent (voluntary form).
• To fulfill contractual obligations (professional appointment).

Purpose of Processing

Data is used only to:

• Schedule an appointment.

Subcontracting and Transfers

Data is processed by Cal.com, Inc., based in the USA. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) is in place to govern international transfers, in accordance with GDPR.

Audience Analysis (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to better understand the use of our site (traffic, source, time spent).

Data collected:

• IP address (anonymized)
• Browser type
• Pages visited
• Session duration
• Approximate geographic origin

Legal basis:

• Processing is based on your explicit consent, collected via a GDPR-compliant consent banner.

Anonymization and transfer:

Data Security

Cal.com applies industry-standard security measures (TLS encryption, secure hosting). FlexiWeb EVO does not host this data on its own servers.

AI Self-Diagnosis

In addition to booking an appointment via Cal.com, FlexiWeb EVO offers an online AI self-diagnosis (form.flexiweb-evo.eu), a free 12-question questionnaire.

• Data collected upon submission: first name, last name and email address; your answers to the 12 questions; the score and profile ("archetype") calculated from your answers; the submission date and the version of the information notice in force.
• Purpose: to improve the tool and better understand users' needs (internal analysis). Your answers are neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the questionnaire after reading this notice.
• Hosting: PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, in a data center located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Retention period: 24 months from submission, after which the data is deleted or anonymized.
• Data controller: FlexiWeb EVO (sole proprietorship registered in France).
